My therapeutic approach is catered to your needs and is influenced by a wide range of behavioral theories including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered, Existential, and Narrative approaches, among others. I have a passion for working with member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I want to help people feel comfortable and safe with who they are, regardless of labels. I have experience in helping individuals work through their sexual identity, gender identity, gender dysphoria and many other issues.
