I have worked with diverse clients in outpatient, private practice, as well as home and school settings in IBHS, handling various levels of pathology and life challenges. I use an existential-humanistic approach to help clients clarify goals, supported by methods like CBT, Bowen family systems, Gestalt, schema therapy, and polyvagal theory as needed. I specialize in ADHD, depression, anger management, life transitions, sexual issues, finding meaning, coping with isolation, and improving social skills. I also enjoy working with families and couples. I firmly believe our perceived faults or mistakes do not define us or end our growth.
