With 10+ years of experience in the field, my passion is treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. I especially enjoy working with teenagers and young adults who are navigating changes and transitions in their lives. Although I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I also utilize a variety of techniques to meet each individuals’ needs.
